It's a new experience for me as I sit here and realize my baby turns one tomorrow and for the first time I am not already pregnant or planning to get pregnant in the very near future. It actually makes me a little sad . . . but breathe everyone, not sad enough to have another one! So, time has flown by and as she was born in the midst of an already chaotic life, I realize we haven't taken nearly enough pictures of our Lexi that we love so much. Here are some we did manage to catch from birth to age one beginning with the birth announcements that I never even sent out:
First Holiday: Halloween
The shaved head she ended up with after I went crazy with clippers trying to get rid of her horrible male pattern baldness and first Sunday at church.
First rice cereal and her first graduation (from Dave's dental school graduation)
Her first trip to Kentucky when we were looking for somewhere to live
And just this past week: still nearly bald but with a touch of strawberry blond hair, walking along things, a mouthful of teeth, one of our greatest sources of joy.
